T.O.S.The client is expected to carefully analyze the unique TOS listed on each type of commission.I (ghastimafrix) reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, be it morally, ethically, legally, or personally.I will no longer answer social calls to commissioners. Do not DM me saying "hey", "how's it going", etc. Before, during, or following a commission; you will be IGNORED. Clients and friends are not the same to me.To check in on your commission, please DM asking me directly. Don't dance around it.Payment is expected up front.
Paying half before the review copy, and half after is acceptable.
Payment is only accepted in USD through PayPal.Turnaround times can be found on each commission page, and they may vary greatly.Do not expect an update daily. I will try to apprise you once every 1-2 weeks of the progress made.A clear visual reference is required for all commission types. If you cannot provide one, I will not accept your commission.All payment is final. You may not request a refund.

Review copies only will be sent for sketch pieces, excepting those with backgrounds.The price on the background varies with complexity and may exceed the projected price.Average turnaround at maximum of 1 week.
Reference Sheets
All Reference Sheets include 1 profile fullbody and 1 headshot, as well as a colour reference.
Concept reference sheets (ex 1-2) include design notes and 2-3 sketches.
Full reference sheets (ex 3-7) include 2 free spaces for clothing, pawpads, blood/guts, assymetrical markings, or an extra piece of art. Additionally, full reference sheets are clean-lined and coloured.Both options may include a blurred image for the background upon request.

The client needs to provide a clear reference of the character's general appearance.The client must also provide examples of clothing, if applicable.Average turnaround at maximum of 2 weeks.

Prices for full pieces will vary dramatically depending on complexity.The client must be as clear as possible about what they want for a full piece.Average turnaround at maximum of 2 months.
